Bites @ Nite Round-Up

We can all agree that the past few weeks have been confusing, stressful, and scary, right? We’re living in an unprecedented time and finding a way to manage the day-to-day has been difficult, to say the least.

Which is why, in mid-March, our CEO Tracey decided to have a little fun on our Instagram… by reading Bites LIVE for Bites @ Nite. Designed to bring a little joy and romance to your evenings in quarantine, B@N saw Bites featured from a cross-section of sub-genres and tropes.

After all, Book+Main has over 350+ categories of romance and tens of thousands of Bites to choose from, so we saw no need to limit ourselves!

B@N has been an interactive and super enjoyable experience—one that’s introduced readers to new authors and new authors to Book+Main—and, since it wraps up at the end of this month, we thought we’d take a look back at some of the Bites featured during this unique and engaging event!

Keywords: Bosses/CEOs, Contemporary, Contract, Enemies-to-Lovers, Fake Relationships

Posted as part of our #LoveAtFirstBite promotion, this Bite from The Contract by Melanie Moreland was a BIG hit! Maybe because people loved seeing Richard meet his match?!

Keywords: Brother’s Best Friend, Contemporary, Second Chance, Single Dad, Small Town

Lots of folks commented on this Bite from Coming in Hot by Carmen Cook and with that line-up of keywords, why wouldn’t they?! It checks ALL the boxes!

Keywords: African American, Bad Boy, Bearded Men, Historical, Strong Women

Set in 1930s Harlem, this Bite from The Art of Love by Suzette D. Harrison definitely got a LOT of attention. Was it the jazz…or the bearded bad boy? (Both. It was both.)

Keywords: Contemporary, Friends-to-Lovers, Military, Small Town

With 195 Likes and 21 Comments (at time of publishing), this Bite from Chasing Fireflies by Claudia Burgoa was a popular recommendation from readers. And we LOVED it!

We hope you’ve loved Bites @ Nite as much as we have! If you’ve missed out so far, make sure to tune in tonight (Friday, April 24), tomorrow night (Saturday, April 25), and next Thursday (April 30) to experience the fun for yourself before Tracey presses “end” for the final time.

We’ll see you there!
