Jane becomes August’s subway crush and rather quickly August realizes her impossible Jane doesn’t just look like an old school punk rocker, she’s actually from the 1970s. Now August will have to use everything she tried to leave in her past to help Jane and maybe she’ll start believing in some things, after all.

The third book in Waite’s Feminine Pursuits series centers on the idea that it’s not a crime to steal a heart. June 23, 2021
The second book in Davidson’s Wickedly Wed series focuses on spinster Lady Pippa, a proud spectacle-wearing bluestocking. As a fellow glasses’ wearer, you had me at hello! Pippa enlists the help of her long-suffering friend, Lord Finlay when her scheming grandmother arranges a much unwanted betrothal. Fake relationship, friends to lovers with gossipy ton ladies and bitter family secrets. Yes please!
FINDING RONAN’S HEART by Melanie Moreland
June 24, 2021
In my humble opinion, Melanie Moreland is a fabulous author you should read without question. There, I said it. She tends to write heroes you love to hate and eventually just plain love but with Ronan Callaghan, one of the boys, the Callaghan triplets, you only ever just love him. Ronan has always wanted to make it on his own merits so when he meets a waitress, Beth, who only sees him for himself, not the trappings of his wealth or family, he knows he’s met the one. But, there’s a fine line when you hold back the truth of who you really are, how will Beth react when she learns Ronan hasn’t been completely honest? This is the second book in Moreland’s Vested Interest: ABC Corp #2 series – it’ll make you cry but trust her, Moreland will make everything okay in the end.
OUT OF CHARACTER by Annabeth Albert
July 06, 2021
Keywords to look out for with this book are #FriendsToEnemies #EnemiesToFriends #FriendsToLovers #LGBTQIA+Romance, oh, and #Gamers! Milo isn’t a gamer but he loses his brother’s prized cards in a stupid bet and must enlist the help of the best gamer he knows, Jasper to help him win them back. Jasper just happens to hate Milo because helping Milo dredges up old feelings he’d rather keep forgetting about! Oh, I almost forgot to mention one more keyword, #ForcedProximity. What’s not to love?
INCENSE AND SENSIBILITY by Sonali Dev
July 06, 2021
It’s the summer of retellings my friends and I am here for it! In Dev’s third book in her Rajes series, we get an Indian American twist on Jane Austen’s Sense and Sensibility. Yash Raje is California’s first serious Indian gubernatorial candidate, and he isn’t afraid to use his privileged background to stay ahead of the pack. A hate-fueled incident at a rally critically injures his friend and makes Yash feel like his life is a lie he can’t control. It’s so bad, he starts having serious panic attacks when he tries to rejoin the campaign trail. His family enlists the help of California’s foremost stress management coach, India Dashwood. India is also his #SistersBestFriend and did I mention they had a magical night together ten years ago so #SecondChance gets some play here, too! Sonali Dev writes books that are a literary feast for your senses, you cannot walk away from one of her stories unfazed by her stunning storytelling prowess.
