THE BEST PLACE TO FIND ROMANCE NOVELS ONLINE

Trending Keywords Round-Up

by Beth Cranford

Sometimes we all need a little inspiration when it comes to narrowing down our book choices. Coming to Book+Main Bites is a great start—you can search our keywords to find exactly the kind of book you want and read a Bite to make doubly sure it’s the one for you—and I’m here to help you even further. You can trust me, BTW. I’m totally qualified as a longtime romance reader and general book fiend, I promise.

Anyway, after picking the brains of some of my very smart B+M colleagues, I grabbed three Bites to share with you today—one from each of our Top 3 Trending Keywords—to help you find your next 5 star read!

P.S. I know my favorite lines don’t necessarily make sense out of context, but let’s just say I’m wily like that. If you want to really see what made it my favorite, then I suggest you head over to Book+Main Bites to read the full thing… *laughs diabolically*

TRENDING KEYWORD: Motorcycle Men

Motorcycle Men covers a whole range of delicious, badass men who run the gamut from swoony sweet to scary sexy. And we stan a hero that leaves us flustered, a little hot around the collar, and staring at our e-readers with heart eyes and maybe just a skoosh of jealously toward the lucky heroine.

THE BITE:

“You’re like a drug, baby.”

MY FAVORITE LINE:

“And I’d do anything to make sure I always had you, even if it meant selling my fuckin’ soul.”

THE BOOK:

Command by Nina Levine

TRENDING KEYWORD: Romantic Comedy

With the world feeling all kinds of crazy at the moment (hello, year-long lockdowns and remote learning), there’s nothing quite like escaping it all through the magic of a well-written, laugh-out-loud Romantic Comedy.

THE BITE:

“I really wish I’d stayed…”

MY FAVORITE LINE:

“So there would be no hoisting onto counters or dress-lifting. And the man certainly wouldn’t be getting any of her special chocolate chip cookies or expensive, caffeine-laden coffee.”

THE BOOK:

Bad Bridesmaid by Elise Faber

TRENDING KEYWORD: Alpha Males

My inner feminist thinks I should be above letting my heart get involved with the kind of heroes who embody our keyword Alpha Males but some of the all-time greatest romance heroes are the type of alpha that’s really only acceptable on the page, so… *shrugs*

THE BITE:

“Big dick, you say?”

MY FAVORITE LINE:

“You’re willing to let me sleep alone?”

“Of course not. Where you go, me and my dick go.”

THE BOOK:

East Bound by Nana Malone

And there you have it. Just a small sampling of the Bites we have on offer in our trending keyword categories. Let’s not forget that there are literally hundreds more to choose from, too, so once you’ve scoped out these ones, you can attack some more. Mafia, anyone? Enemies-to-Lovers, that perennial favorite? Maybe some Tattoos?

So many choices… But don’t worry, we’ll be back with another round-up soon!

About Beth

Beth Cranford was born and raised in Australia, but followed her heart (and her husband) to the United States in her late 20s. As the mother of two kids, she’s learned that you can turn anything into a song and that slime does not belong in carpeted areas (or polite society). You can most often find her with her Kindle in hand, listening to Taylor Swift on repeat, or spending way too many hours playing Animal Crossing.
